Before you start
ABRA Flexi sells access to its REST API separately from the base licence, as API Access. Check in Flexi's licence and subscription settings that your company has it, or ask your Flexi partner. You also need a Pricebeeper account with a confirmed email address and the owner or admin role in that account.
The price list has no product page addresses, so this connection updates products already in your Pricebeeper catalog and doesn't add new ones. Bring your products in first, from your shop's product feed or a store import, with the same codes or EANs Flexi uses.

Step 1: Create a user for Pricebeeper in Flexi
Open user management
Sign in to Flexi as an administrator and open the users settings (in the web interface, user management is at your Flexi address followed by /u).
Create a REST API user
Add a user of the REST API type, name it Pricebeeper, and give it a role that can read the price list (ceník). It needs nothing else.
Note the details
Note the user name and password, the address you open Flexi at (such as https://mycompany.flexibee.eu:5434), and your company's code: the part after /c/ in the address when the company is open.
Flexi signs API calls in with the user's name and password over HTTPS. A dedicated user lets you see its activity separately, and switching it off cuts Pricebeeper's access without touching anyone else.
Step 2: Connect it in Pricebeeper
Open Connections
In Pricebeeper, go to Settings, Connections, choose Add connection and pick ABRA Flexi.
Fill in the access details
Fill in the Server address, the Company (firma) code, the Username and the Password, and choose whether your own price is the selling price with VAT or without VAT. Pick the one your shop shows customers.
Choose what each sync does
Update unit costs uses the purchase price. Use its prices as your own prices uses the base selling price you chose. The price's currency comes from the price list item, Czech crowns when it names none.
Connect and test
Choose Connect and test. Pricebeeper signs in, reads the first products and shows them with their codes, barcodes, costs and prices, so you can check them before the full sync runs in the background.

What a sync changes
Each sync reads every product ABRA Flexi lists and finds the matching product in your catalog: first by product code (SKU), then by barcode (EAN or GTIN). A code or barcode that several of your products share matches none of them, so a duplicate never gets the wrong cost.
- Unit cost replaces the cost Pricebeeper had, when Update unit costs is on. Repricing keeps every suggestion above the margin floor it sets.
- Your own price becomes the price competitors are compared with, when Use its prices as your own prices is on.
- Codes and barcodes fill in where a product had none, which helps Pricebeeper find the exact product at other sellers.
- Products that match nothing are counted and listed on the connection, so you can see what is missing from your catalog.
Pricebeeper reads the price list in pages of a thousand items. Items without a code are skipped. A purchase price that Flexi keeps per supplier rather than on the item itself isn't read; in that case the unit cost stays as it was, and you can still send costs through a scheduled export.
A sync never deletes, renames or moves anything, and it reads only: Pricebeeper writes nothing back to your system. Approved prices reach your store only through a store you connect for repricing.
Step 3: Check the results
The connection shows when it last synced, how many items it read and updated, and how many matched no product in your catalog. Codes missing from your catalog are the usual reason for a high not matched count: connect your shop's feed so its products carry the same codes, then the next sync matches them.

From here, repricing uses each product's cost and your own price, and the getting started guide covers monitoring and alerts.
When a sync fails
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| The login, key or token was refused | Check the user name and password, and that the user is a REST API user. Without the API Access add-on Flexi refuses API sign-ins. |
| The key works but isn't allowed to read products | Give the user's role the right to read the price list. |
| Nothing was found at that address | Check the company code: it is the part after /c/ in Flexi's address, exactly as written there. |
| The source asked us to slow down | Nothing: the next scheduled sync tries again. If it keeps happening, choose a weekly sync. |
| The source had an error on its side | Nothing at first: the next sync tries again. If it fails for days, check the system's status page. |
After ten failed scheduled syncs in a row a connection pauses itself, so it stops trying with details that no longer work. Fix the setting with Edit, then switch it back on.
Questions people ask
Do I need the API Access add-on?
Yes. ABRA Flexi sells REST API access separately from the base licence. Once it is active, you can create API users as you need.
Can I connect several Flexi companies?
Yes, one connection per company, up to ten connections per Pricebeeper account. Products are matched by code and EAN, so each company updates the products it knows.
How are my keys and passwords stored?
Encrypted, and never shown again, not even to you: the connection shows only a short hint. Only the account owner and team admins can add or change connections, and they are sent only to the address you entered.
Does Pricebeeper change anything in my system?
No. Connections only read. Give the access the least rights that let it read products and prices, and Pricebeeper can never change your data.
Does a connection use my plan's slots?
No. Slots are used only when you attach a product to a region to monitor it. Connections keep your catalog's codes, costs and prices current on every plan.
