What's a tracking slot?
A slot is one product tracked in one region. Tracking a pair of headphones in both the US and Germany uses 2 slots. Spread your slots over any mix of products and regions.
Can I add slots without changing plan?
Yes. Slot packs add to any paid plan: +250 slots for $15/month, +500 slots for $30/month, +1,000 slots for $60/month, +2,500 slots for $150/month, +5,000 slots for $300/month, +10,000 slots for $600/month. Remove them any time.
Do product variants count separately?
No. We count products, not variants: a product with 12 sizes or colors is one product in your catalog and uses one slot per region you track it in. Your catalog itself is unlimited; only monitored products use slots.
What counts as a region, and can I add more?
A region is a country, or a state or province within one (each counts separately). Paid plans include 2 to 25 regions. Need more? Add region packs to any paid plan: +1 region for $10/month, +5 regions for $40/month.
How do team seats and viewers work?
Seats are for people who work in the account: the owner, admins and members. Viewers get read-only access and are free: they don't use a seat. The Free plan is for a single user.
How often are prices checked?
Paid plans find your competitors once a month on Google Shopping and Amazon, then re-read the sellers they found from their own pages every week. From Growth up, those sellers are re-read daily, and the 5 cheapest and your pinned competitor pages every 6 hours. Amazon prices update at the monthly search, because Amazon pages aren't read directly. The Free plan reads your pinned competitor pages weekly. Daily or hourly searches are available on Custom plans.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Growth comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required, once per email address. If you don't subscribe, you move to the Free plan when it ends and nothing is charged.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid once a year and save up to 17% against paying monthly. Packs on an annual plan are billed yearly too, at twelve times the monthly price.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time from your billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades also apply immediately; unused time is credited to your next invoice, and monitoring beyond the new allowance is paused rather than deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your billing settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the Free plan. Monitoring beyond the Free allowance is paused, not deleted.
