Who Pricebeeper suits better than Boardfy
Shops competing on both Google Shopping and Amazon
Boardfy's pricing slider counts products per channel or country, so 1,000 products on two channels cost 2 × €49, or €98 a month. A Pricebeeper slot covers both channels in its region: 1,000 products cost $69 a month on Starter with a 500-slot pack.
US and Canadian retailers whose rivals price by state or province
Pricebeeper tracks about 1,700 states, provinces and cantons as well as 67 countries, so Ohio and Texas can be two regions. Boardfy's plans are set per country, and its pages don't describe tracking below country level.
Teams that want repricing and the API inside the plan price
Boardfy sells Dynamic Pricing as an add-on at €99 to €129 a month per channel or country, and its API at €39 a month. Pricebeeper includes repricing, MAP monitoring and competitor ad monitoring on Growth ($209), and the API on every plan.
Small shops tracking up to 500 products
Boardfy's smallest step is 1,000 products at €49 a month, with a 7-day trial. Pricebeeper's Free plan tracks 50 products at no cost, Starter covers 500 for $39, and the Growth trial runs 14 days without a card.

What Boardfy sells
Boardfy is a competitor price monitoring and dynamic pricing platform for online shops, with separate plans for brands that watch their distributors. It tracks prices on competitors' own websites, on marketplaces and on price comparison sites, and it sells add-ons for repricing, feed optimization and API access. Its home page calls it the world's fastest price tracking platform and says hundreds of retailers use it.
Pricebeeper is a newer competitor price monitoring tool. For each product it asks Google Shopping and Amazon who sells it, matches the sellers by barcode, and records their prices by country or by state. Growth and up add daily re-checks, MAP monitoring, repricing and competitor ad monitoring.
How Boardfy prices a channel or a country
Boardfy's e-commerce pricing page has two plans, each with a slider for the number of products per channel or country. The plan for marketplaces and comparison sites runs from €49 a month for 1,000 products to €549 for 20,000; beyond that the slider sends you to sales. The site-to-site plan, for competitors' own websites, runs from €69 for 1,000 products to €599 for 20,000, shows a price per competitor of €39.90 a month, and offers an optional matching service at €99 to €249 a month.
Annual billing gives 2 months free on both. There is no minimum term: you cancel by telling Boardfy a day before the next billing period, and plan changes apply from the next cycle.
The unit is the key difference. A Boardfy price covers one channel or one country, so Google Shopping and Amazon in Spain are two, and Google Shopping in Spain and in France are two as well. A Pricebeeper slot is one product in one region, and every paid plan searches both Google Shopping and Amazon for it. Slot-based pricing explains the model.
The monthly bill at four catalog sizes
The table uses Boardfy's marketplace plan, its cheaper one, and Pricebeeper's monthly prices. From 3,000 products the Pricebeeper figure uses Growth, since its daily re-checks come closest to Boardfy's frequency; building the same number of slots on Starter costs $20 less and re-reads known sellers weekly instead of daily.
| Catalog and channels | Pricebeeper | Boardfy (marketplaces plan) |
|---|---|---|
| 500 products, Google Shopping | $39 (Starter) | €49 (1,000-product step) |
| 1,000 products, Google Shopping and Amazon | $69 (Starter plus a 500-slot pack) | €98 (2 channels × €49) |
| 3,000 products, Google Shopping and Amazon | $209 (Growth) | €238 (2 channels × €119, 3,500-product step) |
| 10,000 products, one channel | $629 (Growth plus packs of 5,000, 1,000 and 1,000) | €299 |
The result depends on your channels. On one channel with a big catalog, Boardfy is far cheaper: €299 against $629 at 10,000 products, and €0.027 per product at 20,000 against $0.067 on Pricebeeper Business. Once you need both Google Shopping and Amazon, Boardfy's price doubles and Pricebeeper's doesn't; a second country is charged again by both. Add-ons shift it again: repricing on one channel adds €99, so 1,000 products with repricing cost €148 on Boardfy and $209 on Pricebeeper Growth, which has room for 3,000. The pricing page lists every plan and pack.
Boardfy checks far more often
Boardfy's FAQ says prices are updated around the clock in intervals of 30 minutes to 3 hours, and that no price takes more than 3 hours. Its monitoring page adds a daily catalog update that finds and starts tracking new competitors.
Pricebeeper searches for sellers once a month on every paid plan. Between searches it re-reads up to 40 known sellers per matched product from their own pages: weekly on Starter and Plus, and once a day on Growth and up, with the 5 cheapest offers every 6 hours. Check now re-reads a product's known offers on demand. Daily re-checks describes the schedule. Even on Growth, a known seller's price can be up to a day old, an Amazon offer or a page Pricebeeper can't read up to a month old, and a new seller can take up to a month to appear. Boardfy's prices are at most 3 hours old, and it looks for new competitors daily.
Channels: Google and Amazon against Europe's marketplaces
Boardfy's channels page lists more than 20 marketplaces and comparison sites, including Google Shopping, Amazon, eBay, idealo, Kaufland, bol.com, ManoMano, Cdiscount, Allegro, Fnac, MediaMarkt, Worten, PcComponentes, El Corte Inglés, Leroy Merlin and Argos. On Amazon it shows which competitors hold the Buy Box and sell with Prime, and it records competitor and product ratings.
Pricebeeper covers fewer channels. It reads Google Shopping, which includes Walmart, eBay stores and independent shops listed there, and Amazon, through a paid data provider, plus any competitor page you pin. It looks up eBay listings by GTIN and reads bol.com and Kaufland only through your own seller account. It has no idealo, no Buy Box tracking and none of the French, Spanish or Polish marketplaces above. Marketplaces and channels lists what is covered.
Finding and linking competitor products
On marketplaces and comparison sites, Boardfy matches products automatically and detects every competitor that sells at least one of your products. For competitors' own websites you supply the list of sites, then either link products yourself in a panel that suggests the closest matches, or pay for Boardfy's matching service.
Pricebeeper doesn't ask for a competitor list on paid plans. It searches Google Shopping and Amazon by GTIN barcode first, then brand and title, and flags doubtful matches for you to confirm or reject. A shop that never lists on Google Shopping or Amazon is only tracked if you pin its product page, up to 10 per product on Growth. Exact product matching covers the details.
Repricing, MSRP and data access
Boardfy's Dynamic Pricing add-on has pricing rules scheduled by time slot, a simulator that shows what a rule would do before you apply it, and a manual pricing screen. It can hold prices above a minimum MSRP and flags products sold at a negative margin. MSRP monitoring is part of every e-commerce plan, and the API costs €39 a month.
Pricebeeper's repricing comes with Growth: rules within a floor, ceiling and maximum change, an approval queue, and price updates written to Shopify or WooCommerce. Pro adds automatic changes within a daily cap. MAP monitoring on Growth records each violation by seller with a hashed evidence snapshot. The API, CSV exports and webhooks are on every plan.
Running a trial of each
Boardfy's trial lasts 7 days without a card; Pricebeeper's Growth trial lasts 14 days without a card and drops to Free afterwards, so nothing is charged. Load the same 100 products into both, with barcodes, and compare which sellers each finds on Google Shopping and Amazon, how fresh the prices are, and what the bill would be for all your channels. Create a Pricebeeper account to start.
When Boardfy may suit you better
Your prices must never be more than a few hours old
Boardfy updates prices every 30 minutes to 3 hours and says no price waits longer than 3 hours; it also updates your catalog daily to find new competitors. Pricebeeper finds sellers once a month and re-reads known ones weekly, or daily on Growth and up, so a new competitor can take weeks to appear unless you pin its page.
You sell on European marketplaces and comparison sites
Boardfy lists idealo, Kaufland, bol.com, ManoMano, Cdiscount, Allegro, Fnac, MediaMarkt, Worten and PcComponentes among its channels. Pricebeeper covers none of these, apart from bol.com and Kaufland through your own seller account.
You track 5,000 to 20,000 products on one channel
On one channel Boardfy charges €159 for 5,000 products and €549 for 20,000, or €0.027 each. The same 20,000 products cost $1,229 a month on Pricebeeper Growth with slot packs, and $1,999 on Business.
Your store runs on PrestaShop, Magento, BigCommerce or OpenCart
Boardfy offers plugins for these and more, includes unlimited users, and assigns a customer success team to help with setup and pricing rules. Pricebeeper connects Shopify and WooCommerce, and seats are counted per plan.
Questions people ask
How much does Boardfy cost?
From €49 a month for 1,000 products on one marketplace or comparison site, rising to €549 for 20,000, according to its pricing page. Each extra channel or country is priced again. Tracking competitors' own websites starts at €69 for 1,000 products. Repricing (€99 to €129) and the API (€39) are monthly add-ons, and annual billing gives 2 months free.
How often does Boardfy update prices?
Every 30 minutes to 3 hours, and Boardfy says no price takes longer than 3 hours. That is much more often than Pricebeeper, which finds sellers once a month and re-reads the known ones weekly on Starter and Plus, or daily on Growth and up with the 5 cheapest every 6 hours.
Does Pricebeeper track idealo like Boardfy?
No. Pricebeeper doesn't cover idealo or other price comparison engines yet. It tracks Google Shopping and Amazon, competitor pages you pin, and bol.com and Kaufland through your own seller account. If idealo prices drive your market, Boardfy covers them, along with other comparison sites such as KuantoKusta.
Is Boardfy cheaper than Pricebeeper?
On a single channel from 1,000 products up, yes: 1,000 products cost €49 a month against $69, and 10,000 cost €299 against $629. Up to 500 products Pricebeeper's $39 Starter plan is the lower bill. With Google Shopping and Amazon together, Boardfy charges each channel, while one Pricebeeper slot covers both.
Can Boardfy track prices by US state?
Its pages don't say so; its plans are priced per channel or country. Pricebeeper tracks about 1,700 states, provinces and cantons alongside 67 countries, and each one counts as its own region on your plan, so a product watched in Texas and in Ohio uses two slots.
