Who Pricebeeper suits better than Dealavo
North American retailers pricing by state or province
Pricebeeper tracks 67 countries and about 1,700 states and provinces, with 10 regions on Pro. Dealavo's three main markets are Poland, the DACH region and English-speaking markets, and its pages describe coverage by market, over 30 of them.
Small online shops that want to try it before talking to sales
Dealavo offers a free demo, a quote within 24 hours and a paid pilot on a limited range of products. Pricebeeper has a Free plan for 50 products and a 14-day Growth trial with no card; when it ends the account drops to Free and nothing is charged.
Online shops with 500 to 5,000 products on a set budget
Pricebeeper costs $39 for 500 products, $99 for 1,500 and $329 for 5,000 with packs. Dealavo doesn't publish a price list; its price depends on SKUs, channels and markets, refresh frequency and integration scope.
Brands that want MAP and ad monitoring in one plan
Growth, at $209 a month, includes MAP monitoring with a hashed evidence snapshot and competitor ad monitoring on Google Shopping and Search. Dealavo sells MAP and MSRP monitoring as part of its quoted service.

Who Dealavo and Pricebeeper are
Dealavo is based in Warsaw and belongs to the JTL-Software group, a maker of ERP software for e-commerce. It sells four modules: competitor price monitoring, Repricing AI, price data delivered by API or feed, and pricing consulting. Its site says more than 500 companies use it, across 12,000 monitored online stores and over 1 million price updates a day.
Pricebeeper is a newer self-serve tool for competitor price monitoring. It searches Google Shopping and Amazon for the other sellers of each product, matches them by barcode, and tracks their prices by country or by state. Repricing, MAP monitoring and competitor ad monitoring come with Growth, Pro, Business and Custom.
Quote-based pricing against a price list
Dealavo doesn't publish a price list. Its price monitoring page says each quote depends on the number of SKUs, the sales channels and markets, the refresh frequency and how far it integrates with your systems, and that you get a free demo and a personal quote within 24 hours. It also offers a paid pilot on a limited range of products.
The same page sorts buyers into three groups: a spreadsheet for up to 50 products, an app for 50 to 500 products checked once a day, and a platform for 500 to 500,000 or more, checked daily to hourly. Dealavo calls itself a platform and says monitoring pays off from about 100 popular products.
| Products monitored | Plan | Monthly | Per product |
|---|---|---|---|
| 500 | Starter | $39 | $0.078 |
| 1,500 | Plus | $99 | $0.066 |
| 3,000 | Growth (MAP, repricing, daily re-checks) | $209 | $0.070 |
| 5,000 | Growth plus two 1,000-slot packs | $329 | $0.066 |
Without Dealavo's figures the two can't be set side by side, so ask Dealavo for a quote on the same catalog. Pricebeeper's plans bill monthly or annually (about 17% less), can be cancelled from the billing page, and count only the products you monitor, not your whole catalog. Slot-based pricing explains slots and packs.
Markets and channels
Dealavo is ahead in European markets with strong local comparison sites. It lists online stores, marketplaces (Amazon, Allegro, eBay, Kaufland), comparison sites (Google Shopping, Ceneo, idealo, Heureka, Skroutz), B2B platforms and D2C sites, in more than 30 markets across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Its price monitoring page also lists offline price monitoring among its uses.
Pricebeeper covers Google Shopping, where Walmart, eBay stores and independent shops list, and Amazon, in 67 countries. It adds competitor pages you pin, eBay lookups by GTIN, and bol.com and Kaufland through your own seller account. It doesn't cover comparison engines, Allegro or in-store prices. What it adds is depth inside a country: about 1,700 states and provinces, each tracked separately. Marketplaces and channels lists every source.
How products are matched and checked
Dealavo matches automatically by EAN, MPN and product name, then sends every match to its QA team for verification, and runs anomaly detection for wrong prices and stock changes. It says this gives 99% data accuracy.
Pricebeeper matches by GTIN barcode first, then brand and title. When a product is matched to a Google Shopping product or an Amazon ASIN, every seller listed under it is the same item. Matches that need a human look are flagged for you to confirm, reject or re-run, singly or in bulk. Exact product matching covers how it decides. Dealavo's people do this work for you; with Pricebeeper, you do the last check yourself.
Refresh rates
Dealavo adjusts refresh frequency to the category, from once a day to hourly, and makes new data available by API or feed right after each refresh. Its about page says data is typically collected once a day.
Pricebeeper runs two kinds of check. Google Shopping and Amazon are searched once a month on every paid plan, which finds the sellers (up to 40 on Google for a matched product). A new seller appears at the next monthly search unless you pin its page, while Dealavo refreshes daily to hourly. Daily or hourly searches are only on the sales-led Custom plan.
Between searches, every known seller's own page is re-read weekly on Starter and Plus, and daily on Growth and up, with the 5 cheapest offers and your pinned pages every 6 hours. Amazon offers and stores that block checks change only at the monthly search. Daily re-checks explains the schedule.
Repricing, MAP and integrations
Dealavo's Repricing AI works from rules by category, competitor and channel: a target position such as cheapest or the 70th percentile, chosen or excluded competitors, a minimum margin, a maximum price and rounding. You start in recommendation mode and choose how much to automate. Its AI strategies need a Google Analytics 4 connection.
Pricebeeper's rules are similar in spirit: match or beat the lowest price, aim at a percentile, or hold a band around the median, inside a floor, ceiling and maximum change. Suggestions go to an approval queue and are written to Shopify or WooCommerce; on Pro and up, approved rules can apply their own changes. MAP monitoring on the same plans records each violation with a SHA-256 hashed snapshot.
On integrations Dealavo is broader: IdoSell, Baselinker, Shoper, Shopware, Magento 2, PrestaShop, Subiekt GT and JTL as well as Shopify and WooCommerce, with a one-way API v3 and S3 or HTTP feeds. Pricebeeper has an API on every plan, CSV exports, Slack and signed webhooks.
Comparing them on your own catalog
Take 100 products with barcodes. Book Dealavo's demo on that list, and load the same list into Pricebeeper's Growth trial. After a week compare the sellers found, the share that are the exact product, and the quoted price for your full catalog against Pricebeeper's plan. Create an account to start.
When Dealavo may suit you better
You sell where local comparison sites and marketplaces set prices
Dealavo monitors Ceneo, idealo, Heureka and Skroutz, plus Allegro, Amazon, eBay and Kaufland, across more than 30 markets. Pricebeeper has no comparison-engine or Allegro data, and reads Kaufland only through your own seller account.
You want every match checked by a person
Dealavo matches by EAN, MPN and name, then its QA team verifies every match, and each client gets a dedicated account manager with a direct phone number. Pricebeeper matches automatically, flags the doubtful ones for you, and has no managed matching.
You need daily or hourly updates
Dealavo refreshes from once a day to hourly, depending on how fast your category moves, so its data is much fresher. Pricebeeper searches for sellers once a month; between searches it re-reads known sellers' pages weekly on Starter and Plus, and daily on Growth and up with the 5 cheapest every 6 hours.
You run IdoSell, Shoper, Shopware, Magento, PrestaShop or JTL
Dealavo integrates with IdoSell, Baselinker, WooCommerce, Shoper, Shopware, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento 2, Subiekt GT and JTL. Pricebeeper connects to Shopify and WooCommerce; others use CSV, a Merchant Center feed or the API.
Questions people ask
How much does Dealavo cost?
Dealavo doesn't publish prices. It sends a personal quote within 24 hours of a demo, based on SKUs, channels, markets, refresh frequency and integration scope, and offers a paid pilot. Pricebeeper's plans are listed: $39 a month for 500 products, $99 for 1,500, and $209 for 3,000 with MAP and repricing.
Does Pricebeeper monitor Ceneo, Heureka or idealo like Dealavo?
No. Pricebeeper doesn't cover price comparison engines, so Ceneo, Heureka, Skroutz and idealo are out, and it has no Allegro data. It covers Google Shopping, Amazon, competitor websites you pin, eBay by GTIN, and bol.com and Kaufland through your own seller account. Dealavo covers all of those comparison sites.
Which is more accurate, Dealavo or Pricebeeper?
Test both on your own products: Pricebeeper publishes no accuracy figure. Dealavo has its QA team verify every automatic match and states 99% data accuracy. Pricebeeper matches by barcode first, tracks the sellers of an exact Google Shopping product or Amazon ASIN, and flags doubtful matches for you to confirm or reject.
Is Pricebeeper a good Dealavo alternative for a Shopify store?
Yes, if your competitors sell through Google Shopping, Amazon or their own sites. Pricebeeper imports a Shopify store of up to 50,000 products, starts at $39 a month, and writes repricing changes back to Shopify on Growth and up. Dealavo also integrates with Shopify, and is the better pick if your prices are set on Allegro or European comparison sites.
