BQool alternative

Pricebeeper vs BQool

BQool Repricing Central changes your own Amazon prices to win the Buy Box, from $25 a month for 1,000 rule-based listings on one Amazon marketplace. Pricebeeper tracks the other sellers of your products on Google Shopping, Amazon and shop websites, by country or by state, from $39 a month for 500 products, and reprices Shopify and WooCommerce. It doesn't reprice Amazon listings, so sellers who need Buy Box repricing should use a tool like BQool.

The short answer

BQool is the cheaper and better fit for Amazon sellers who want their listing prices managed automatically, with AI rules and conditions on stock age and sell-through. Pricebeeper fits brands and retailers selling on their own site who need every competing seller across channels and regions, MAP evidence and ad monitoring. Neither replaces the other; a seller on Amazon and Shopify can run both.

Who Pricebeeper suits better than BQool

  1. A Shopify or WooCommerce store whose competitors sell on Google Shopping and their own sites

BQool's FAQ says Repricing Central only reprices on Amazon. Pricebeeper finds the sellers of your products on Google Shopping and Amazon by barcode, reads pinned shop pages, and from Growth at $209 writes approved prices to Shopify or WooCommerce.

  2. A US or Canadian retailer with stores in several states or provinces

Pricebeeper tracks 67 countries and about 1,700 regions inside them, up to 10 on Pro. BQool sells repricing per Amazon marketplace: US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Europe as one.

  3. A brand that must prove which resellers break its MAP

Pricebeeper's MAP monitoring, from $209 a month, records each seller below your minimum advertised price with a SHA-256 hashed snapshot and reports by seller and region. BQool's pricing page doesn't list MAP monitoring.

  4. A marketing team that wants to see rivals' Google ads

BQool's AI Advertising, from $99 a month, manages bids on your own Amazon ads. Pricebeeper shows which competitors run Google Shopping ads for your products and their share of those ads from Starter, and their Search ads on Growth and up.

BQool reprices Amazon listings, Pricebeeper tracks the market

BQool's Repricing Central is an Amazon repricer. It downloads your listings from Seller Central, and for each listing you enable it adjusts your price against the other offers to win or match the Buy Box. BQool says more than 100,000 Amazon sellers use it, and it also sells Amazon advertising software and BigCentral, a hub for profit reports and review management.

Pricebeeper is competitor price monitoring for shops that sell on their own site. It finds who else sells your products on Google Shopping and Amazon, records their prices, shipping and stock by country or by state, and alerts you when something changes. It never logs in to Seller Central and can't change an Amazon price.

Inside BQool Repricing Central

BQool counts two kinds of listing. AI listings run its AI strategies: Win Buy Box rules chase the Buy Box and raise the price when they can, on every plan. From AI Deluxe ($50) you also get Match Buy Box rules, price looping and conditional repricing, which switches rules on inventory age, sell-through rate, historical days of supply and FBA or FBM conditions. Rule-based listings run 5 preset rules or your own if-this-then-that rules.

Every plan includes bulk ROI settings, competitor analysis, a price and profit calculator, scheduled repricing, a sales dashboard, and integrations with SellerAmp, InventoryLab and Boxem. Repricing is instant after Amazon's change notification, though BQool notes occasional delays when the marketplace is quiet. Support chat runs weekdays from 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern.

Where Pricebeeper looks for competitors

Pricebeeper starts from your catalog, imported from Shopify, WooCommerce, a CSV file or a Merchant Center feed. It searches Google Shopping and Amazon for each monitored product by GTIN barcode, then brand and title. Once a month, a product matched to a Google Shopping product or an Amazon ASIN gets the sellers listed for that exact item: up to 40 on Google's list, from Walmart and eBay stores to independent shops, and the sellers of the ASIN on Amazon. Exact product matching explains how you confirm doubtful matches.

Between searches, known sellers' own pages are re-read weekly on Starter and Plus, and daily on Growth and up with the 5 cheapest offers every 6 hours. Amazon pages are never read directly, so Amazon prices change only at the monthly search. Alerts cover price drops and increases, sales, target prices and competitors selling out.

Price per listing against price per product

BQool's five plans cost $25, $50, $100, $200 and $300 a month, or 10% less billed annually, and grow in AI listings (50 to 15,000), rule-based listings (1,000 to 50,000) and users (2 to 20). A listing counts once you enable it for repricing. Each Amazon marketplace is sold separately.

Monthly price, one region or one Amazon marketplace
ProductsPricebeeperBQool
1,000$99 (Plus, room for 1,500)$25 (Basic, rule-based) or $100 (AI Premium, all on AI)
6,000$389 (Growth plus packs)$200 (AI Ultimate)
15,000$979 (Pro plus packs)$300 (AI Enterprise)

BQool is cheaper at every size. Its fee covers changing your own Amazon prices; Pricebeeper's covers monthly searches of Google Shopping and Amazon for each product, and re-reads of known sellers' pages, weekly on Starter and Plus and daily on Growth and up. The pricing page shows every plan, and slot packs from 250 slots for $15 a month top a plan up.

Two different kinds of ad software

BQool's AI Advertising runs your own Amazon ad campaigns, adjusting bids, keywords and budgets. It starts at $99 a month, or $89 billed annually.

Pricebeeper's competitor ad monitoring looks at other sellers' ads. From Starter, every monthly search flags which competitor offers are Google Shopping ads, at no extra cost, and measures each rival's share of them. On Growth and up you can also watch Search ads for chosen products and see each rival's monthly Ads Transparency activity. It shows who is advertising against you and doesn't change your campaigns.

Regions and MAP for brands and chains

BQool sells five Amazon marketplaces: the US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Europe, where Germany, Spain, France, Italy and the UK count as one. Pricebeeper tracks a product by country or inside one: Texas and California, or Bavaria and Berlin, as separate regions. Regional price tracking explains how each region uses a slot.

For brands, Pricebeeper's MAP monitoring lists the sellers of the exact product advertising below your minimum, with violations by seller and region and a daily summary email. BQool's pages describe pricing your own listings and don't mention watching resellers.

Trying either one

BQool's 14-day trial needs no card and opens every AI Premium feature; if you don't subscribe, BQool removes the account after 90 days. Pricebeeper's Growth trial also runs 14 days without a card and drops to the Free plan for 50 products when it ends. Create an account to see which sellers Pricebeeper finds for your catalog.

When BQool may suit you better

  • You sell on Amazon and need the Buy Box

BQool offers AI Win Buy Box and Match Buy Box rules, price looping and conditional repricing on inventory age, sell-through rate and days of supply. It reprices as soon as Amazon notifies it of a change. Pricebeeper's Amazon prices change only at its monthly search, and it cannot change an Amazon price.

  • You want Amazon repricing at the lowest price

Basic costs $25 a month, or $22.50 billed annually, for 1,000 rule-based listings and 50 AI listings. Pricebeeper doesn't do Amazon repricing at any price.

  • You run a big Amazon catalog with a large team

AI Enterprise covers 15,000 AI listings, 50,000 rule-based listings and 20 users for $300 a month. Monitoring 15,000 products on Pricebeeper costs $979 a month.

  • You also want your Amazon ads managed by the same vendor

BQool sells AI Advertising for Amazon from $99 a month ($89 billed annually), adjusting bids, keywords and budgets. Pricebeeper watches competitors' ads but doesn't run yours.

Questions people ask

Does Pricebeeper reprice Amazon listings like BQool?

No. Pricebeeper has no connection to Amazon Seller Central and cannot change Amazon prices or track the Buy Box. Its repricing, on Growth and up, writes prices to your own Shopify or WooCommerce store, or exports them by CSV or webhook. Amazon sellers who need Buy Box repricing should use a repricer such as BQool.

How much does BQool Repricing Central cost?

Plans cost $25, $50, $100, $200 and $300 a month, or $22.50 to $270 a month billed annually. They differ in AI listings (50 to 15,000), rule-based listings (1,000 to 50,000) and users (2 to 20). Each Amazon marketplace is sold separately, with Europe's five marketplaces counted as one.

Does BQool work on Walmart, eBay or Shopify?

No, according to BQool. Its FAQ says Repricing Central only reprices on Amazon at this point in time. Pricebeeper doesn't reprice Walmart or eBay either, but it sees Walmart and eBay stores among a product's sellers on Google Shopping and reprices Shopify and WooCommerce stores.

Can I run BQool and Pricebeeper side by side?

Yes. BQool changes your Amazon prices, and Pricebeeper watches competitors on Google Shopping, Amazon and shop sites and can reprice your own store. They write to different channels, so nothing conflicts. Pricebeeper Starter covers 500 products for $39 a month, and Growth adds repricing at $209.
